congrats! glad it worked in your favor. as far as the steering, whats wrong? got a bent rod? thats an easy swap if thats the case.
Thanks man. The steering is much more than a bent rod, I think the pump is shot. It works okay when I first get going, sometimes, but it is constantly making noise and is pretty much giving me manual steering. The Ford dealership said that it would be about $500 for parts+labor to get it fixed.
