    I got to Dyno my truck at school

    640 foot pounds of torque
    256 hp @ 2200 rpms
    1/4 mile in 12.1 @106 mph

    dangt 640foot pounds lol. You got a diesel dropped in that rig?

    How is the torque more than double the hp?

    And that 1/4 mile seems way off.

    even if its a typo and he switched the numbers (like 460 rather than 640)
    it seems a little over the top.

    I know, we are checking in to it. We just had it completely re-calibrated and tested with a 745 hp Mustang a student has.

    The 1/4 mile times are right though. We ran it like 15 times. I stayed between 12.1 and 12.5

    no way would that truck run that on a real drag strip though. Thats Lightning territory.

    Even my Mustang with a built 347 only ran 13.7 @ 104.

    Dyno's are not real life, all a dyno is a calculating tool to see where you are at.

    347 in a Mustang only running 13's? I was running 10's in my 65 Mustang with a 289 HiPo.
