Gotts Mod?

I need info on this "Gotts Mod" everybody talks about ....... fill me in ...... also picked me up a K&N air filter today

now when i do these 2 things , what will i gain?!

 

more air for your engine to breathe, similar to a cold air induction system but for us poor boys

 

Well what does the more air flow do to it?

 

better acceleration for moving those 37's
