I did it to my truck and no problems took me like 20 minutes I have noticed about 1mpg change and a throatyer sound
The 04/05 do, so you have to get a programmer to compensate for it. The 06+ don't. I had it on my truck and didn't notice that much of a difference, at least couldn't hear it over my exhaust. But I can definitely hear it on my dads Fx4 with the stock exhaust. It's the Gotts+K&N filter thought.

I got an edge evo and the gotta mod. Running lvl 2 with minor timing adjustment and harder shifting. Out run a stock 03 f150cc lariat the other morning. We been talkin smack about it at work for a few weeks. Buddy said there's no way I would win with 35s. We lined em up on the industrial park road on the way to work and took off. He got the hole shot bc he was counting but I was pulling away the whole time once I hit 30-40mph. It came alive once it got in the right rpm range and took off. Needless to say I shut him up lol.
