    Its possible that air is being sucked in past the tape. Get the intake fixed and then see if it throws the codes.

    I get that coupling replaced before giving up. I'm betting air is being sucked through the tape.

    You should really just get an APC or spectre hose and fix it up right. None of that redneck sh1t :jester:

    Your lean codes are 100% from an air leak. Just replace it with something other than tape for sake of your engine. This is a Ford not a Chevy..duct tape doesn't belong here.
