Heating issues with my 95 Taurus (SPELL FAIL)

    I used to wait until the thermostat opens to fill them to the proper level.
    Reminds me of my mother-in-law's '97 Crown Vic.
    About every 3-4 months all the antifreeze in the radiator reservoir "disappears".
    Not a drip - drop anywhere under it where she parks.
    Ford recalls on the intake manifold, got that replaced for free, stupid composite black plastic manifold, cracked at the outlet for the heater core hose. I'm sure they crack and leak all over the place.
    Maybe it just uses antifreeze like some cars use oil, tiny leak in the head at the gasket close to a water jacket, but not enough to get water in the oil or steam out the tailpipe.
    Maybe it "evaporates" like the government scientist claimed what happened to the Gulf Oil Spill.:secret:
