Help? Need lift info

    okay guys i need help, i have no earthly idea whats been done to my truck aftermarket wise prior to my owning it, so im curious as to what i have, heres a picture of the rear axle which i think has blocks on it?
    anyways any help ya'll can give me would be great.

    Okay so if it's stock how come I can fit 33's ?

    u can fit 35s factory , with tbars cranked

    All f150 4wd can fit 33s stock.

    Okay so I have 16.5 inch rims and 33's right now. If I wanted 17 inch rims and 35's wats my best bet for lifting it?

    3" body lift

    but u can run 17s and 35s the way it sits with minor trimmin
