this is what ill use again, should sound pretty good but not too be loud. And $30 a pop 65 mustang, summit street strip mufflers - YouTube
also another thing im working on, gonna get a tuner for the truck but wont get one with a display because ill be using the tablet for any and every gauge or meter I want displayed instead
They have a tuner out there that you use through bluetooth to your smartphone. SCT iTSX or something like that. Might be able to incorporate both into one.
yea ive seen that, its pretty slick the only thing is the price. $500 vs this setup which is $30. But then add in a tuner and Im still a couple hundred cheaper. the sct is prett awesome though that you can view and change everything all in one but its not like reflashing is a huge issue. also did some research and sct's app is only rateed 3/5 with alot of compatability issues, and i dont want to mess with any of that.
The regular SCT tuner is only like $250, fwiw. You may have to go custom tunes with all the work you're doing though. Why not go with the Magnaflow hi-flow cats? They're only $80 each at Summit or Jegs.
because I needed to replace the whole tubes, they were rusted through in places. easier to just do this, I dont have the extra time to cut and weld that stuff in especially when its not a huge benefit.
my new ford racing heads are here, romeo heads. With 01-04 mustang gt cams and valvetrain. Also my pace setter shorty headers and trickflow head bolts along with other misc part, Damn these heads are pretty.
