HIDS from Jon To

Bought a set of hids last week from Jon To got them and had a bad bulb , contacted Jon To and he said i could mail it back and him mail me another or he could charge me for one and when i got it i could send the bad one back ..... so i just mailed the bad one to him , and havent heard from him since 2/19

Hopefully will get the bulb soon

 

He should've just sent the bulb without making you send the other one back. I hate dealing with stuff like that. Too much of a hassle, for me at least.

 

yep i know , whats he gonna do with a bad bulb?!

i think he buys hid kits from japan or china in bulk and resales them .....

I meant he would probably send it back for a credit and not have the customer deal with it.

 

So you last talked to him on the 19th, when did you send the bulb back?

Shoulda went to ebay. Most sellers there will tell you to destroy the bulb and send pics of the destroyed bulb to them. They will then send a new one out. I had to do that for a buddy one time. Who is paying for shipping??
