    When I bought my kit from him, he originally sent me the wrong connectors for my model year. So I emailed him about it and within about 2 hours of that email he'd already sent the new ones out in the mail. Once I got the new ones (within about 3-4 days cross country), I sent the other ones back to him and he refunded the shipping to me. Little bit of a hassle but he was fast to correct the situation :waytogo:
