In my own imaginary world, where. Respect for wome
I change mine out every 20k tops. I try to do it every 15k, but when I am driving 2500mi/mo, sometimes its the latter. I also change my oil every 5k (which is every other month) and I get my trans flushed every 25-30k. I might be over doing it, but we'll see when I'm rollin factory powertrain and pushin 250k.

    And the Manual Says:

:) ....100K miles according to the service manual for my '97 XLT, 8.8" non-locking differential.
Recommended lube: 75W140 GL5 full synthetic. I used Wal-Mart Supertech 75W140 GL5 full synthetic, about $10.50/QT., half the price of the equivalent major brands.
