Obviously there are the quick and easy three, exhaust, CAI, and chip/tuner what else is there for the diesel truck that doesn't cost a couple arms and a few legs

What motor do u have. You can get valve springs for about $90. If you have the 6.0 I would recommend bulletproofing it ex. head gasket, head studs etc. If you are adding power might as well run a better gasket and head studs. I'm gonna do mine when I get the money. Sent from my iFord f150
hes got a 7.3 if i remember right. more fuel and air are always good things. but if you do that, make sure you stud the motor
