What do you yall think?? black out signals (my sad attempt at a photochop) or clear?





I would go 05 conversion, but i just blew 400 bucks on my tuner ha ha, plus 300 bucks for headlights! I just cant justify spending that when I have so many other important mods on my list. I have the tinting spray, and I can get clear corners from 25 to 40 bucks.

 

id say clear would look good. i hd clear corners on the white truck and it flows really good with black.

btw that F350 badge is making my DES flair up...

 

Im thinking clear too.. But then I have to get clear cab lenses.... ha ha those arent cheap. maybe ill just get the corners and wait on the cab lights...

Depends on how much you plan on blacking out.. If you plan on doing wheels and all black I say tinted corners.. if your all chromed out like the SD you posted then clear..

 

The one on top is obviously mine ha ha, I have blacked out billet grille, and black bumper guard. I plan on blacking out the wheels, and thats it. Bumpers are staying chrome. It looks too much like an XL with black bumpers.

Im gonna have to go with tinted in your case.. Especially if you paint the wheels.. I think its best to find a theme and stick with it.. the clear corners look best on chrome/polished out trucks IMO

 

Yeah, its hard to do a light tint. Ill sleep on it and maybe do the wheels first. Ive seen a couple trucks around with blacked out corners and theyve always looked like shat, but they didnt tie the theme together. since the corners wrap around the headlight in a square its such an abrupt change from black to clear...
