I hate philips head screws more than anything in the entire world.

    Simply cover the hole in silicone from both the front and the back. Very easy. I may get a picture sometime but I don't think it is really needed.

    Sad part is I did have a Pilot hole drilled, as I did with every screw that went into the box.
