    I dont know which auction it is but some auctions have a minimum price theyll sell a vehicle for.

    My friend used to buy salvage cars dirt cheap, sometimes for less than $100 but then the auction raised the minimum to $250 or so.

    It says $15 miniimum bid... so hopefully they'll honor that. I put a max bid in of $100 just in case though
