    They work better with mods but are not nessacary.....Your really modded out trucks usually go with a custom tune. But a Edge is better than being stock any day.

    i have the gots and a exhaust but thats it engine wise lol

    i got bored last weekend and did that out of useless parts i had laying around...my trucks still slow after all that

    well then i am not sure a programmer will help with all the extra parts you had laying around the shop
