Installing my new foglights

    yep. then the extra ends go one to switch and other to battery. and other battery terminal to switch. there may be a 3rd probg on the switch, thatll be ground. put a fuse on light-to-battery wire

    First off, don't, I repeat, DO NOT wire your lights up like they are telling you. Yes, this will make them work, but you will have issues. This type of setup can cause fires if using the improper size wiring. If you are wiring up fog lights, they pull a good amount of amps. You will need to wire this system up w/ a resistor, and a in-line fuse wouldn't hurt. I know this sounds all "chinese" but I can help. Where in DFW are you? I'm located in The Woodlands, north of Houston. PM me and I can give you my number and walk ya through how to wire everything up. Its easier than you think.

    Just pm'd ya w/ my cell. the diagram in the thread is exactly what you need. parts are obtainable from autozone; relay, fuse, wiring, toggle switch (most toggle switches come w/ a built in light indicator, so you can avoid that in the diagram if so). if ya need anything, big or small question, let me know. thanks!

    you aint gotta have all that bullshit....... mine have been wired up for 5 years like that and ive had 0 problems.....

    Got them working! Thanks for all your help. Now if I can get the switch to light up!
