    Word of caution!
    Don't take this intake mudding or drive fast into water. There isn't a lot of protection around the filter and that can get you in trouble.

    Yeah...its spring here and I hit about 8" of water doing around 25mph. Check engine light came on and read maf error.
    Literally drained water out of the filter and dried everything else. Got her working again thankfully.

    but that jlt looks cool and im sure with some mods you can make it all a sweet setup

    Haha not that nice, I'll get a video tomorrow and see if it comes out.

    I'm sure there is a prefilter for them, but I'm going to do something different. I'll make an enclosure to fit tight against the hood and drill a hole under the.cowl (when I get it lol)

    Hey Will K&N and a few other make a pre-filter or a dry filter is what they call its a bag that is wrapped around the air filter. I know K&N call it a dry charger and comes in different sizes so you may find you that works for ya.
