so i've had a leak in the truck for awhile now, after searching and searching with no solid determination of a leak, i decided it had to be the rear window seal, the seat belt is wet and the drivers side carpet is completely soaked, so....

i walk out to the truck yesterday during all the rain, and find that there is water dripping from the top of the windshield, awesome, so now i've got water leaking all over the trim, down the door and onto the floor, so now i've got a leaking back window and windshield, :Grenade:

i guess now i'm gonna replace the rear seal and have someone pull the old windshield out, clean it and put it back, that seems to be the best method to me, and throw out the carpet

well, called a few places and they said they wont take the old windshield out and re use it, i'd have to get a new one, about $160, one place said they would use the old one but the was no guarantee they could get the old one out in one piece or that it would seal for $90

You could fix the front leak yourself. It's not hard to reseal it. It shouldnt cost more than 15 bux. Window urethane and tape it all you need.

i thought about just slopping some silicon all around it but i figure if i do that then it will just trap the water and rot it out
