leather seats

i know expedition seats will fit in out trucks year 2001, for the power seat do u just ground it and give it power then its ready to go? also is there any other mod i need to do to get them installed or do all the bolts line up?

 

I'm pretty sure the trucks were wired for power seats, some one else, some where else installed some Lariat seats in his XLT. He found the wires tucked under the kick panels, hope that helps. I'll see if I can find that thread...

Seat leads were already under the floor of my 98 when i went from 60/40 to buckets. It was a direct drop in and hook up.

 

just ran a power and ground to my fuzeblock fz1 and go to go

i bought a set of 60/40 leather SVT seats. power is on the drivers side. i did some reading and people are saying dont ground to to the wire in the kick panel because it caused your reverse lights to go out... also should i just ground the seat to the floor right behind it? and is the power wire the green one in the kick panel? if i need to use new wire what gauge should i use?

 

ok now i know f250 seats will work in mine but with the f250 center console fit?
