Leaving the truck sit for a week.

    for a week ull be fine. mines set for longer in snow and it was fine after a month.

    I would do like they all said, just fill the tank up and you'll be fine. make sure you don't leave anything plugged into your accessory outlet though, cuz then you're battery might be dead

    I let my car sit for a year without driving it in an unheated garage and did nothing but jump the battery and fired it up and drove it before selling it a few weeks ago. No issues.

    I didnt put anything in the gas or do any other kind of storage prep.

    A week isnt long at all.
