All Items used are listed below...

I recently purchased a 16.5' roll of leds, solder gun, solder, assorted shrink tubing and a Roller switch to add lights to the inside of my gun safe. All the items were less than $40 and this is a easy project and has endless ways to use other than a gun safe.

I took the led strip, which comes with 3M sticky on the back, and lined the inside door jamb of my safe starting at the bottom right corner, up and across the top and then back down the left side. I used the roller switch listed below to turn the lights on and off with the open/ close of the door.

If you can solder you can do this with ease, if you cant... get on youtube and learn how!

I will be getting another roll and doing lights in the bed of my truck, maby lights under the dash in the foot wells.

    Now to the pix/ videos.

This is the safe with the leds on, underpowered with a 9volt battery instead of 12volt. The leds are the only lights on in the room.

    Looks great James. :peace:

Tried to get my brother-in-law to use LED strips on his custom tile jobs, one lady paid him over $10K for labor in her home where he made a waterfall tile wall in the living room and a glass tile custom bathroom. One of his works was featured on HGTV, "Ultimate Baths".

    Real 24K plated fixtures.

Ok, I admit, I do! They are the best thing out!! low on energy, very bright, heck the strips I used in here are flexible, stickable, cuttable, and submersible! They are great!
