Left wheel having trouble turing

Ok yall my I cranked my t bars down replaced my cv axel and upper and lower ball joints yesterday on my left side now when I turn my wheel to the left it feels very stiff like its having trouble crankin left. And I didn't have this problem till after this work had been done.

 

let somebody turn it while u lay under it and look

 

Its my pump starting go bad im replacing it soon.
