me too, plain and simple the dude was too drunk to drive, did anyway, and is going to pay for it the rest of his life. plus the other family has to deal with a loss of a family member.

In no way did the size of the truck help.I will agree with ya on that. But in the end its the driver who is at fault i still maintain bro.He is the one who decided to be stupid and drive drunk hence impairing his ability to drive and leading to a woman dying. He is also to blame for not having the lights aimed right so that he could seeAlso to blame for being drunk and not knowing his rig.For driving it in a dagerous matter. The officers are also to blame like you said and i pointed out in my previous. But will the news cover that, hell no they wont.No agency will be held also responsible.I am not making excuses for the dumb ass drunk guy,but it could have been prevented(the woman being ran over) if the truck was inspected and ticketed.

I'm a guy who believe that if you know your rig and have experience driving it,your not drunk, your responsible and your truck has passed inspection that you can handle her and no how to compensate for stopping with the bigger wheels/tires.Again thats my opinion and i have driven state inspected trucks that have been pretty high up there and never had a problem.

Ya when i go into the city no truck can be over ten inches in lift.

Ya i know what you mean bro.

Ricky,it's not getting to political, just friendly chat man with Darth. Were not getting mad at each other.Thats another reason why i like this site so much.We can have healthy debates without getting mad unlike the forum allot of us came from.lol

Ye lets hope he learned his lesson.Sad thing is,looking at his truck and the amount of money he has into it.This guy might have some good money and can hire a world class atturney to get him a lesser charge.Hey money talks when it comes to facing years in prison

This is a sad story, but his truck is stupid big. Im a firm believer of for each his own, but just by looking at his truck, and his mug shot you can tell this guy is a bone head. And with multiple drug arrests and suspended license, why was this guy on the road in the first place? He should have been in jail already. Ive seen quite a few similar stories here in WA. Not with a heavily modded truck, but with DUI's. People with multiple DUI's still on the road end up killing someone. Shatty justice system along with the craptastic media. Now the nanny feds are going to clamp down on vehicle mods because one bonehead was ILLEGALLY driving an ILLEGAL vehicle, in an ILLEGAL inebriated state. So that makes the rest of us too stupid to know how to drive our conservatively modded vehicles.

    I hate stupid people.

Well said. The proper agency's who were in charge of enforcing the states lifted truck laws did not. They are also to blame.Instead of gawking at truck.Actually do your job we pay you to do.Now this is not a cut on all cops.Just the ones who saw the truck and let it go till it was to late.

Not just that, but this guy had 2 past controlled substance arrests, and a suspended license. Morons like this shouldn't be out and about in the first place. Someone dropped the ball
