lower it

my 99 sits two high in the rear want to bring it level. do you think shackles would work? need between 2 or 3 inches.

 

You could take the block out or use lowering shackles.

 

2'' shackles for the straight bed. possibly 3'' for the stepside. its a bit lighter on the ass end. Or remove the block if it's 4x4.
