So the girlfriend has a 1997 Malibu with the v6. When it gets to normal driving temp the temp gauge pins out and turns the warning light on and then drops to 0 and stays there. The car is not running hot. Is throwing a code but haven't been able to check it yet. Any ideas what it could be?
That's what I figured it was. Just wanted to be sure. And I know it's a Chevy. I hate the damn thing. She won't have it much longer. Either getting a civic, focus, or VW.
