So I read people with the 302 are getting 14+ in gas mileage, I am getting around 11 mpg now. City/highway. I have 31" tires, 3.55 gears, e4od trans. I know I had a new distributor put on not too long back, was my step dads truck at that point, but my question is why is my mpg so bad compared to others, I sea foamed the entire engine about 2000 miles age, oil, gas, intake.

I do have a set of 19 lb, 21 and 24 lb injectors I got in a trade, could my injectors be bad? Or should I consider a tune and if that, where and cost?

A tune up wouldn't hurt. Get new spark plugs and filters and see how that goes. What psi are your tires at?

Get a new fuel filter also. They're cheap and it doesn't hurt.
