well tried getting the coil pack off tonight and the stupid thing won't unbolt. the bolt just sits there and spins, but remains tight, holding the coil pack down snug. now what the ...... am i supposed to do?

that means the insert has broke loose in the intake ...... on mine i broke the ear off the coil pack then i had more room to get it out ... but they do make a fix for it. but for a few weeks i rode around with it just sitting on the plug till i fixed it

The bolt is stripped. Hold slight pressure on the bottom of that bolt amd then it will turn out. If your plugs have more than 100k on them you should prolly go ahead and change them.
