Won this truck at an auction Tuesday and going to pick it up Thursday. I might be getting ahead of myself, but I already got tons of plans for it This will be an off-road truck btw. Save my green truck a lot of dents lol Got to get it down to my grandparents shop and make sure it runs good first. It's got the 351, 4 speed trans, and 4wd. Once it's running well I'm going to change out all the fluids (oil, trans, axles, coolant) and give it a bedliner paint job. Later it'll probably get stacks coming outside of the bed Red Wagon style and possibly a snorkel. I'll probably get a CB for it and run dual whips on the mirrors too... plus a rollbar for some KCs My uncle has a 95 F250 that he yanked the 7.3 out of and is just sitting. I'm going to talk to him about the running gear under it and see if I can do an axle/spring swap. that will raise it about 2" and let me run 33s no problem. Let me know if you guys have any other feasible ideas
Is the bed fiberglass like later model stepside trucks? If so running stacks like that ain't a good idea JSYK Sent from my iThingymajigger using TapATalk
