Have them balance it too, it's worth the extra money.

    Just talked to another shop...

    $100 to bore it
    $50 for new freeze plugs
    $40 to clean it
$200ish to balance the crank with aftermarket pistons/rods

Not a bad price in my opinion, but I need to order my pistons, bearings, etc before I can have anything done. Ill basically connect rods with pistons and then take everything up to him. When he balances the crank will he install everything inside the block? I'm not sure how that works...

Well to balance the rotating assembly they'll take the pistons bob weight em, dynamic balance the setup and then install into the block

In all honesty if you haven't ever messed with wrist pins before just have them put the pistons on the rods, it won't cost much

Never done wrist pins before. When I get home from the gym I'm gonna call around and see what I can get.

    Piston heads w/ rings
    Wrist pins
    Main bearings
    Rod bearings
Anything else ill need to get this machine work started?

Usually a shop will carry all the bearing and rings you'll need an they all have certain types each prefer so they should have those for you. Biggest thing is you'll need to bring them pistons or have them order some, sometimes they can get you a better deal than you can, so that they can bore an hone match the cylinders to the pistons. You should be able to use old wrist pins
