Replace whatever the cheaper of the possible causes are first, in my opinion. If it fixes it, great, if not, you did some maintenance that would need to be done eventually anyway, and move onto the next possible cause.
Brakes are easy, I've never had a problem finding the correct pads Thomas, they've always handed me the right ones. Of course I haven't paid for pads in 4 years, AutoZone Lifetime Warranty FTW.

Damn, the folks at my local AZ must have their shat straight. That and they're going by the previous brakes I've bought, which takes any of the guessing out. I was lucky the first time I suppose.
both banks are lean? then typically its going to be some type of sensor and not the injectors them self...or a bad tank of gas but since its been going on for a while it must not be that
