What is the size of the air inlet on the horn manifold? If it is 1/2" and you increase the line size to 5/8" at the same p.s.i. all you're doing is increasing the volume and not the pressure. The pressure will stay the same.

 

Ya, the pressure will stay the same, but the horns won't be starving for air. I am not sure what size the inlet is.

I am going to install a set on my 03 excursion. What/where did you pick up the digital air gauge? Very nice write up. love the you tube videos of train horn pranks, just too funny.

 

I got it from horn blasters.com but can probably pick one up on amazon cheaper now.
