nice job dude. i wish i would ahve done that instead of having my exhaust exiting before the rear tire.
I took a video it was just taking forever to upload. Ill get it up here tomorrow. Thanks guys appreciate the feedback. Got my PIAA valence painted today. (Not white) I think i'll throw it on this week sometime to see how i like it.
thats awesome! how hard was it to tear into the block? Ive heard if your not careful installing thelong tubes the dipstick will break right off. what was your repair?
lol Yup theres really no way to get the longtubes on without breaking the dipstick off. If your lucky it will pull out. I had a blown head gasket that needed fixed. Getting into the block wasnt the hard part, finding the time and money to put everything back together sucked. But i feel like i made a lot of improvements and very necessary maintenance while i did it all. Today my brothers exploder exploded lol
Did some more work on the truck this week. I got new front hubs, new rotors, and new pads. I bought the hubs from 1AAuto.com, they come with a 2 year guarantee and the price was awesome! I got both sides for $115 compared to O'reillys wanting $135 per side. I did a How-To on the whole thing that i will post in the technical part of this forum. I know how you all love pictures so here ya go Old pads vs New pads New hub assembly Finished product
