hey guys, I'm jeff's buddy zach, I went with him to pick this truck up and we spent a good 5 hours detailing it and doing a few things to suit it for Jeff's needs. Figured I'd go ahead and join the forum as well. I have a 1990 FullSize Bronco...3" lift, 351 Windsor, 33x12.5x15's, headers and true dual exhaust. Anyway...enough about my Bronco, back to this sweet ass f-150 haha. I am going to be helping Jeff with this truck alot, and I have a bunch of questions about the lift and suspension, exhaust, etc... The guy we bought it from was next to no help. His wife had been driving it about 20 miles a week for the last year, and this dude couldn't tell us a damn thing about it, other than he had a shop in Lebanon, TN do any work needed to it. Can you guys help me out on the history of this thing?
thanks man! i $#%^ing love my Bronco! But seriously, I need to know what I'm dealing with on Jeff's truck. Is there a build thread here on it? And this board looks pretty awesome. Glad we found this...or...glad the board found us I guess? haha
over the internet at least, biguns pretty solid in truck knowledge. he did all his maintenance himself, except the plugs cuz he was too big to get up there id say jeffs got a solid rig unless that unknown guy did something drastically stupid to it
http://www.fordfullsize.com/forum/f13/biguns-99-f150-214/ heres the best thing i could find pertaining to a build thread. it goes through its history with fig at least. from what i can remember he didnt have much trouble with the truck
Nice bronco!!! Welcome to the site.. this should help you with the truck.. http://www.fordfullsize.com/forum/f13/biguns-99-f150-214/
Haha, man I'd love to see any pics you've got. I love this thing so far, it's a ton of fun and it looks amazing. I'm gonna talk to some people at work next week and see if there is another parking option. I'd hate to lower it, and it sounds like I might get ass beat if I do haha, but that is the last option. When I joined the site last night I thought the truck in the header looked familiar, but said to myself there's no way that's my truck.... looks like I was wrong haha
