    well I don't know the details of the trade so I can't give an honest opinion. if it was even, I would have already done it.

    2004 250 is a 6l with 117.000 and my truck is 2005 5.4 with 119000 the trade stands at even trade.

    i have too but just curious if it is major bad things or can i easily swap in the 7.3

    well let's say u have an injector go out, those are pricey as chit. The engine has 2 oil pumps. The high pressure pump also makes the injectors work. I've heard the hp pump tends to go out in them.
