Alright i've searched and skimmed through some of the other threads and found some info, but not quite what I was looking for.
I have a 2004 Ford F150 FX4 with the 5.4. I have 95K miles and it's time to do the plugs ASAP (I have a 1,000 mile road trip coming up on August 11th to move from Houston, TX to Boulder, CO for school). So my questions are:
What is necessary to do pre changing plugs?
    What one-peice plugs are recommended?
Can anyone point me to a good HOW-To of changing plugs?

    Thanks in advance!

Yeah that helps a little bit, pretty much just need to take it nice and slow and not rush it, thanks for some insight!

What is the sea foam, and how does it work? and how hard was it to do the plugs in all? I've never done anything engine wise. I know it's a lot of questions, but where can I find the TSB to read up on it, i'm not sure how tight they are supposed to be after replaced etc..

This is your best bet dude. Seafoam will break away a good bit of the carbon build up. :peace:

You can also use PB blaster.I did and it worked fine.

Best bet is to take it nice and slow.If you hear any squelching while turnin the plugs.Stop, spray some more PB blaster in the plug holes, let it soak for about 20 minutes and move onto the the next plug. Also make sure to have the spark plug removal tool on hand as it cane save you a heartach.Trust me on this.
