Ended up paying 800. I don't mind paying a little more especially since its a family friend.

So this truck obviously has a lift on it. How can I tell how much of a lift it has? And if its a body lift or suspension lift?

If it's a body lift look for hockey puck like spacers between the frame and body.

Does the rear suspension have a block between the leafs and axle?

Yes it does. And the bumper is actually a little lower than the body. Could this be anything to do with a body lift?

it is becuase of the body lift, and there is no way to get the bumper the same height as the truck unless you take away that body lift and thats it sincei have looked into it and you would actually have to make a whole new mount for the front bumper and put it back on but to me thats a pita

One more question. The rear bumper is tilted backwards. Could this be anything to do with the lift or could it just be bent?

crawl undernieth it and look at the supports that hold the bumper up and see if its bent you will see 4 supports 2 in the middle and 2 on the outside going in at a 45 degree angle and look at them and see if they are bent
