Redoing my sub box for my 2 pr 10s. I got good measurements so far and I can go 12 deep by 10.5 tall in the front by 5.5 tall in the very back and 51 inches long. This will give me a volume of 1.95508 with 3/4 inch mdf. These subs specs for a 1.9cubicft box is a port tuned to 46hz. I dont have exact displacement specs but im guessing with the subs in, the box will bump down to 1.75 to 1.85 cubicft. This is under specs but with poly fill it should be alright and I will try to tweak measures as much as possible to make the box the biggest and still fit. And for a 4inch aero port with 1.85cubicft tuned to 46hz, it will be 5.9 to 6inches long. Oh and subs are forward firing toward driver and passenger seats. Im thinkin this is a good game plan. AUDIO GURUS, make revisions and tell me where im wrong.

You need to account for port displacement as well. Im not sure that a 4 inch port with give you the right sound with 2 10s because of port velocity and other factors. Not trying to be a downer but sealed will probably net you better results. Plus the cabin of the supercrews will produce a boost around 60-70 hz which will result in a muddy sounding low end with a 46 hz tuned box. You will get a lot of boom and not a lot of clarity and the subs will probably not be able to dig too low on most songs.

If you have a dsp or eq that can cut some of the frequencies to mellow out the boom
