the projectors are very good for "projecting the light" and using a halogen bulb it wont be very bright. theres several people that can attest to them having very poor output.
you could and get a little more light...but probably not worth it. Also, those lights may stick out farther, your lights now are flush with the hood and grill, those will kinda bubble out. theres a reason why those are cheaper than the real retrofit projectors, the real ones are high quality that work really well where those...dont haha most do it for looks...I like the "clean" look, with those it looks "busy" like theirs too much going on with them ya know? you also will have to splice into some of the wires to get the LEDs on the bottom to work. the way its setup you have low beam bulbs and high beam bulbs, when our trucks are setup as one bulb that does both.
