Keep in mind even a diesel with over 100k will have issues. And with a 7.3 there are several common oil leaks that are an easy fix so don't let a little oil discourage you. That one sounds like a turd but if you look at another and it's an auto with that kind of mileage, if it hasn't had a tranny rebuild, it's most likely going to need it soon.
