I have a 95 f250 with a 5.8L as the title states I have no heat. The truck gets up to temp and doesn't over heat, coolant level is good but coolant isn't going to the heater core both hoses going to the heater core are ice cold and I removed both of them to check and not a drop of coolant in the I replaced the thermostat and it didn't fix the problem any ideas? Do you guys think it's the water pump even though everything else is working fine in the truck?

Nvm I fixed it I topped off the coolant and it fixed the problem apparently the coolant can be low enough to not flow to the heater core and the truck still runs fine
