No heat?

    wait! my bad that was auxillary.. here

    1.Disconnect the battery.

    2.Drain and recycle the engine coolant.

    3.Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Section 10.

    4.Compress the holding tabs and disconnect the heater water hoses at the heater core.

    5.Remove the A/C plenum demister screw and remove the A/C plenum demister adapter.

    6.Disconnect the vacuum line.

    7.Remove the heater core bracket.

    8.Remove the 13 retaining screws and remove the plenum chamber top.

    9.Remove the blend door assembly from the case.

    10.Remove the heater core.

    To install:

    11.The installation is the reverse of the removal.

    This is for the temp door actuator..

    1.Disconnect the negative battery cable.

    2.Remove the floor duct panel.

    3.Remove the pushpins and release the expander clip.

    4.Remove the passenger side instrument panel brace retaining nut and bolt.

    5.Remove the brace.

    6.Remove the driver's side instrument panel brace lower nut and position the brace aside.

    7.Remove the three bolts and position the module aside.

    8.Remove the two floor duct screws (one on each side).

    9.Remove the floor duct.

    10.Rotate the vacuum control motor to disconnect the vacuum control motor rod from the panel/floor door.

    11.Remove the panel/floor door vacuum control motor.

    12.Disconnect the vacuum line connector.

    13.Remove the screws.

    14.Slide the rod out of the door and remove the panel/floor door.

    15.Detach the connector.

    16.Remove the retaining screws.

    17.Pull down to release the actuator shaft and remove the electronic blend door actuator.

    To install:

    18.The installation is the reverse of the removal.

    dang fugger, the only thing i can think of is the actuator might be bad

    Have you tried the steps for the actuator? just to see if everything is in check?
