    I think ur problem is that you have a v10 under the hood. Haha jk.

    T-Fiddle has a point too Dustin. I had to replace my Napa DPFE sensor less then 6 months later, replaced it with a Motorcraft and (knock on wood) haven't had to replace it since.

    Bad news , this turned into the dam trans is goin out .... Its slipn real fast makn it appear to b losin power but its just the trans slipn makin it seem that way.... My buddy(the ford diesel mechanic) said he wud give me $5k for it like it sits .. I told him to make it 6k and its his

    According to FB, his tranny took a ****.

    EGR and cats don't make one "go into neutral".

    Dustin, problem is for that price you won't find anything better than what you've got already. I'd have the tranny rebuilt or find a used one and drive it until it fell apart.

    I owe 2500 on the truck still .... New trans from ford is bout $2800 he said plus install ...... I cant afford that , i barely get by , id have to try to up my loan on the truck and the dam payment will b 400

    Yeah but if he gives you $6k, what are you going to get for $3500?

    What's a rebuild run for that transmission? You'll take it up the ass buying a new one from Ford.

    Not much for $3500

    As for a rebuild idk , im not ****in with it. ..... He said id b better off buyin the reman since it comes with a 3yr warranty and a new torque convertor ....
