no wait to start light and service engine soon

So i got in my truck yesterday started it up i hopped out and my dad noticed my bullydog 6 position chip was pulled out and he plugged it in truck died and wont start now with the chip out the service engine soon light is on and my wait to start light doesnt come on. Then with the chip in i just dont have the wait to start light on i am thinking it fried my pcm when it got plugged in any ideas? and where is the best place to get a used pcm

 

no chance on reseting the PCM from the bullydog?

OK guys so i figured it was my PCM ford could not communicate with it so i found a company that rebuilds them for $150 so i sent it off when i got it back i re-installed the pcm and still nothing so i gave up and had the truck towed to ford. they spent 8 hrs tracing everything out to fall back on bad pcm so i had them order a new one. took 2 weeks to get it in they installed it only to find out my batteries took a **** would not take a charge at all. so two new batteries and it fired right up. they charged me 4 hrs labor, pcm, and batteries totaling $1900 just for ford that doesn't include the $150 i spent to try and have it rebuilt the $70 oil change i did (i was a quart low figured that might be it) and the $45 for a new crankshaft positioner. oh and i got a new tuner i bought a diablosport intune for $250 used. sorry for the late reply but i got caught up with work and this pain in the ass along with my computer taking a **** on me
