o2 sensor stuck!

    well i just dropped $200 bucks at the parts store, came home to swap out the o2 sensors, got the special socket for it and all, drivers side came out in seconds, no problem

    passenger side, little harder to get to, looks different than the other, (was told they should be the same) socket doesnt fit, no wrench on earth would fit, cresent wrench and vise grip no good, its stuck.....good, looks like im just gonna pay someone to get it out :Grenade:

    tighten it slightly then try loosing it, if this doesnt work use a torch to heat it and the area around it

    once u get it out then be sure to put anitseeze on the new one

    problem is i dont have torches and have nothing that will fit

    Start the truck and let the exhaust get hot. That will help also. I have gotten them out this way.
