    He didn't those holes are already there to attached the headlights took

    Ok, all hole measurements will be the center-points for the bolts.
    Total bar length: 39 3/4"
    Headlight bolt holes: 15/16" from the ends of the bar, 11/16" up from the bottom of the angle iron, do not measure inside the angle
    Lights: 9 13/16" from the ends of the bar, comes out to be like 20" between the 2 lights

    excellent! ima try and make out at school today if i dont have to do somethin on my teachers truck...he made me gotts mod it the other day lol

    Nice. If you use 1.5" angle iron, you'll have to notch maybe an 1/8" off the tops of the ends so it will go into the headlight slot. Not hard, just hold it up and mark where it needs to be ripped, so to speak, and use a square to complete the lines.
