The ex had a 06 with tan leather. Thats how I know...lol

The only chevys I have owned are s10s. Those have been quite reliable. Guess its the good ol 4.3.

Im not brand loyal. Ive owned chevy, ford, and nissan. My 92 s10 4.3 auto has 279k on factory drivetrain and the tranny is just starting to slip. Not to shabby. Most of the s10s i have owned have had 225k or more miles. The one I just sold had 283k and was still running like a champ. I had a 93 at one time, when I sold it, it had 296k. I still see the guy driving it and now it has 347k on it.

And that's enough reason to build a 355 and put some 40 inch boggers on it when I had my 2000 it was bagged with the 4.3. And it blew up so I took the body and put it on a k5 frame, built a 355 put the radiator in the bed and sealed under the hood. It was a bad ass truck but with chevy you have to mod it for it to be worth a **** lol but I sold it cause I couldn't afford 6 mpg and I got a 2.5 s10 for free drove it to the death and got my f150

I also had a camaro with that 355 in it but I sold the motor to the guy that bought the s10 and sold the camaro roller to a dumbass that gave me $1500 ( had the camaro with the 355 before the s10 so the camaro was a roller for a while lol till I found a buyer the motor came in that camaro when I got it the motor only had a carb on it so I had to build it)

So I bought a camaro as a toy and s10 for a daily driver till it blew up and I got the k5 frame for $150 and dropped in the 355 and had fun with my new daily driver lol
