I have owned a lot of different MT's in the last 24 years.. they do wear faster than an AT. Some of them a lot faster.

I've never had a set make it to 35k and I have owned everything from Goodyears to Intercos to Co-Op Grip Spurs and no name brands. :D

They don't make most of the ones that I have owned anymore. The bigger companies change models/tread designs more often than some change underwear.

While I have never owned them, I have buddies that have had really good life out of the Buckshots and I have some that were the worst set of tires they had ever had. Fast tread wear, cupping, belts breaking, etc. I guess it may just be a roll of the dice on those and whether they were made on a Monday or a Friday.

Awesome in mud but the tread life is just so-so.

They really roar on the road and the tread is so open that the handling leaves a little bit to be desired.

You'll either get through it or bury it to the frame with them, though. :D
