on board air

    got a compressor and a tank along with all the fittings today from my buddy..jus gonna throw the compressor in my tool box and tank under my box..jus need to install a switch wire it in and figure where ima run air a lines to

    the guage looks awesome but that's the most important air vent to me since the one on the left is blocked by the steering wheel

    its all in the master plan...ima drive to antartica..impossible you say? well nay says i. i will be attaching 55gal drums to the rack and floating there.

    but for realz anyone know much bout this? im not to sure exactly how to do it

    I will recommend using loc-tight 545 ( I could only find it online) an Teflon tape on all threads, and let them set up a day or so before putting pressure to them, that way the loc-tight has time to set up.

    I have bad leak problems right now and just haven't taken the time to re-seal all the threads. I hope to do it soon. Tired of the compressors coming on most every time I fire the truck up.
