Well blowcaine is bein a little ***** , it runs at normal temp around town and down the backroads , but if i get out of the highway and run 70 it overheats for some reason ........ the fan clutch is about 2 yrs old and it seems fine ....... could the water pump be goin bad?
Has to do with how the mixture reacts to heat an pressure, a cooling system is pressurized which helps raise boiling point of water but you also add the glycol to help even more and to help with corrosion an cooling factors. If the concentration isn't right it'll throw the whole system off
well i think its majority antifreeze ......... im gonna drain it and put pure water in it and see how it acts
You need a balance of antifreeze and water not one or the other haha. Switching from one extreme to the other wont tell you anything
